Section 1: Program Enrollment

By enrolling in any program, cohort, course, or service offered by Wired To Be (“Company”), you agree to the terms outlined below. Enrollment constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

Section 2: Payment Terms

Full payment or enrollment in a payment plan is required to secure participation. Payment plans remain binding for the full agreed term. Failure to complete installment payments does not release you from financial obligation. The Company reserves the right to suspend access for failed or missed payments.

Section 3: Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Due to the high-touch, limited-seat nature of this program, all sales are considered final.

Enrollment secures your seat in a live, small-group cohort experience and grants immediate access to proprietary materials, assessments, and program resources.

For this reason:

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • Payment plans remain binding for the full term of the agreement.

  • Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds (replays and materials will be provided when available).

If an unforeseen emergency arises, please reach out directly. While refunds are not guaranteed, we are committed to handling exceptional situations with integrity and professionalism.

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, assessments, recordings, downloads, and program content are proprietary intellectual property of Wired To Be.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, shared, or resold without written permission.

Section 5: Participation Expectations

Participants are responsible for their own engagement, implementation, and decision-making.

Respectful conduct is expected in all live sessions and community spaces.

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the learning environment. Removal does not qualify for a refund.

Section 6: No Guarantees

The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific business results, income increases, or performance outcomes.

Results depend on numerous factors including individual effort, implementation, leadership decisions, and market conditions.

Section 7: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any program or service.
